I discovered my passion for home remodeling as a teenager growing up in San Francisco, where historic Victorian homes often require creative solutions to maximize limited space. My first projects involved transforming garages into functional one-bedroom apartments, and during those early jobs I learned how thoughtful design, bold colors, unique textures, and raw materials can completely reimagine a small space and enhance everyday living.

After serving three years in the U.S. Navy, I continued pursuing renovation work while completing both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees, balancing practical hands-on experience with formal education. I then spent more than 20 years in corporate America in management roles, where I gained valuable leadership, budgeting, and project management experience that later proved essential for running complex remodels.

In 2017, I returned to my creative roots and founded Roque Design and Construction Management Group, focusing on design-driven remodels and hands-on project management rooted in both aesthetics and buildability.

Today, we collaborate with a trusted network of contractors, architects, designers, engineers, Title 24 consultants, and skilled subcontractors to deliver cohesive results.

Through strong collaboration, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, we guide projects from concept to completion—bringing each client’s vision to life with thoughtful design and precision execution.
